Do you offer financing or loans?
No loans, ever. We offer one plan: the Sunrun Solar Subscription — as little as $0 down and a locked-in monthly rate, with Sunrun owning and maintaining the system. Send your bill and we will tell you honestly whether your home qualifies.
What warranties come with the system?
Extended Sunrun warranties including workmanship and an energy production guarantee for the life of the contract, a 5-year roof penetration warranty and 24/7 monitoring — Sunrun owns, maintains and repairs the system. Batteries carry a 10-year manufacturer warranty.
What is the energy production guarantee?
On a subscription plan, Sunrun promises your system will produce a set amount of energy each year — if it produces less, Sunrun covers the difference. Production is reviewed against the guarantee every 24 months.
I already have solar. Can I add a battery?
